cPanel is the web-based control panel used to manage your NameCadre hosting account. From cPanel you can manage files, emails, databases, subdomains, SSL certificates, and backups. This guide shows you exactly how to reach cPanel from your WHMCS client area.
Go to my.namecadre.com and sign in with your registered email and password.
From the top navigation, click Services in the WHMCS client area menu.
You will see a list of all active and inactive services under your account.
Click on the hosting package name to open its management page. Ensure the status shows Active.
On the service details page, find the Login to cPanel button. Click it — cPanel will open automatically in a new tab without needing a separate password.
From cPanel you can now manage files, emails, databases, domains, SSL certificates, backups, and much more.
Make sure your hosting service is active and not suspended. If the service has expired, you will need to renew it before cPanel access is restored.
Never share your cPanel login details with anyone. NameCadre support will never ask for your cPanel password.
You can also access cPanel directly using this URL format (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain):
