These Terms govern your use of NameCadre's domain registration, web hosting, VPS, dedicated server, and business email services. Please read them carefully before using our services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and NameCadre ("NameCadre", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our domain registration, web hosting, VPS, dedicated server, email, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using any Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately and contact our support team.
NameCadre acts as a reseller and/or accredited registrar for domain name registrations across supported top-level domains (TLDs), including but not limited to .com, .net, .org, .info, .xyz, .top, .ai, .store, .online, and .shop.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current WHOIS contact information for each domain you register. Inaccurate WHOIS data may result in suspension or cancellation of the domain in accordance with ICANN policy.
Domains must be renewed before their expiration date to remain active. NameCadre may send renewal reminders by email, but it remains your responsibility to track expiry dates. Domains not renewed within the applicable redemption grace period may be released for re-registration by third parties and cannot be recovered.
Domain transfers in or out of NameCadre are subject to a 60-day lock following initial registration or a prior transfer, per ICANN policy, and require the domain to be unlocked and a valid authorization code provided.
NameCadre provides shared, reseller, and managed web hosting plans. Hosting resources (disk space, bandwidth, databases, email accounts) are allocated per the plan purchased and are subject to fair usage limits even on plans marketed as "unlimited."
Accounts that consistently exceed fair usage thresholds, or that negatively impact the performance of shared infrastructure for other customers, may be asked to upgrade to a VPS or dedicated server, or may be subject to temporary throttling.
For VPS and dedicated server plans, you are granted root or administrator-level access to a virtual or physical server. With this access comes full responsibility for:
Managed VPS and managed dedicated server plans include additional support coverage for core server administration as described in your specific plan, but do not transfer legal responsibility for hosted content to NameCadre.
NameCadre's business email service provides mailbox hosting under your registered domain. Mailbox storage limits, attachment size limits, and the number of mailboxes available depend on the plan purchased.
Outbound email is subject to rate limits to protect the deliverability and reputation of our mail servers for all customers. Sending unsolicited bulk email ("spam") from any NameCadre mailbox is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
While we maintain industry-standard SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations, NameCadre cannot guarantee that email sent from your domain will not be filtered as spam by third-party providers such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.
To purchase or manage Services, you must create a NameCadre account with accurate personal or business information, including a valid email address, billing address, and phone number.
All prices are listed in USD by default, with select currencies such as BDT available for convenience at the displayed exchange rate. Prices are subject to change; any price change will not affect an active billing cycle that has already been paid for.
| Billing Item | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Domain Renewal | Auto-renewal attempted 7 days before expiry if enabled |
| Hosting Subscription | Billed in advance per the selected cycle (monthly/annual) |
| Failed Payment | Up to 3 retry attempts over 7 days before suspension |
| Taxes | Added at checkout where required by local law |
It is your responsibility to keep your payment method up to date. Services may be suspended automatically if payment is not received by the due date.
Hosting, VPS, and dedicated server purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of initial purchase ("Money-Back Guarantee"), provided the account has not violated the Acceptable Use Policy.
Domain registrations, transfers, SSL certificates, and renewal fees are non-refundable once processed, as these costs are paid to third-party registries and certificate authorities and cannot be reversed.
To cancel a Service, submit a cancellation request through your client dashboard or by contacting billing support at least 5 business days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
You agree not to use any NameCadre Service to host, transmit, or distribute content or engage in activity that:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Service without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
While NameCadre performs routine backups of hosting accounts as described in Section 3, these backups are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for your own independent backup strategy.
NameCadre is not liable for any data loss, including loss resulting from hardware failure, software error, customer error, or malicious attack. We strongly recommend maintaining your own off-platform backups of all critical data.
The NameCadre name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of NameCadre and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of any content, code, or data you upload to your hosting account or mailbox. NameCadre claims no ownership over customer content and will only access it as necessary to provide support or comply with legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NameCadre, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.
NameCadre's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.
NameCadre reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Service, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees. Hosting data may be permanently deleted 15 days after termination unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Domain-related disputes involving registrant rights may additionally be subject to ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP).
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team before pursuing formal legal action.
NameCadre may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices.
